This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing consultation fees, session rescheduling, cancellations, and related matters at SS Herbal India. We aim to be transparent and fair in all financial dealings with our clients.

By booking a consultation with SS Herbal India, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below. Please read this document before confirming your booking.

Consultation Fees – Non-Refundable Policy

Consultation fees paid to SS Herbal India are generally non-refundable once a session has been completed. This policy applies to:

  • Initial consultation sessions that have been conducted
  • Follow-up and monitoring sessions that have been attended
  • Any diet plan or consultation document that has been delivered
  • Package sessions where any portion of the package has been utilized

This is because professional time, resources, and expertise are invested in preparing for and conducting your consultation—regardless of the outcome or your personal satisfaction with the results.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Rescheduling is allowed under the following conditions:

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted with reasonable prior notice (ideally at least a few hours before the session)
  • We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests within our available working hours
  • Sessions may be rescheduled a maximum of two times per booking period
  • Rescheduled sessions must be used within a reasonable timeframe as agreed upon during booking

To request a reschedule, please contact us at info@SS Herbal India.com with your name, original session time, and preferred new time.

No-Show & Missed Sessions

If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or compensation.

  • No-show sessions are non-refundable
  • No-show sessions may not be rescheduled without additional charges
  • Repeated no-shows may result in the suspension of future booking privileges

Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel a session before it occurs:

  • Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may be eligible for rescheduling at no additional cost
  • Cancellations made with less than the required notice period may not be eligible for rescheduling
  • Cancellations after a session has commenced will be treated as completed sessions

Cancellation by SS Herbal India

In the rare event that SS Herbal India needs to cancel a scheduled consultation due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible
  • A full rescheduling option will be offered at your convenience
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a refund of the session fee will be processed

Technical Issues

In cases where a session is significantly disrupted due to technical issues on our end (e.g., video platform failure), we will offer to reschedule the affected session at no additional cost.

Technical issues arising from the client's end (such as poor internet connection or device issues) are beyond our control and do not qualify for rescheduling or refunds.
